Grace McGuinness, Founder

Grace trained at two top firms in Melbourne from 2006, and duxed the College of Law Family Masters program in 2022. Grace combines legal excellence with a pragmatic approach which empowers her clients to make the right decision at the right time for them.
Grace has a special interest in complex parenting and property matters, but loves servicing the local comunity in all matters big and small. Grace’s strategy and guidance during times of stress has won her a dedicated and diverse client base on the Mornington Peninsula, interstate and overseas.
Debra Blunden, Senior Solicitor
Deb ran her own family law and estates firm in Sydney for more than 20 years, before moving to the Mornington Peninsula to be closer to family over 8 years ago.
Deb has a special interest in settling property matters of all sizes out of Court, and combines a cool head, astute advice and tough negotiations to get your matter settled as quickly and painlessly as possible.
Deb is available to see clients in person on the Southern Peninsula, or online. She has a special interest in mediation, complex property pools and pre-nups.

Chelsea is an accomplished and highly driven Family Lawyer, known for her exceptional legal acumen, strong connection with clients and resolution focussed results. With four years of post-admission experience and a Bachelor of Laws from Deakin University – where she graduated with Distinctions and High Distinctions – Chelsea combines academic excellence with well-rounded, practical expertise.
Chelsea manages a complex and varied caseload including parenting, property, and intervention orders. She appears regularly in the Family and Magistrates Court, with a reputation for strategic thinking, calm, and empathetic, solutions-focused style. Chelsea’s constructive style leads to a majority of cases resolving without Court.
Devika Mukherji, Associate

Since admission to practice in 2023, Devika has practiced exclusively in family law, appearing before Judges, Senior Judicial Registrars, and Registrars of the Family Court. She successfully negotiates practical and cost-effective outcomes for clients in correspondence and mediation, and provides actionable advice to clients in parenting and property matters.
Devika holds a Juris Doctor Degree from Monash University and Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law. She has volunteered in community law, tutored university students and was one of a select few chosen for placement at the Monash University Legal Clinic.
Devika brings resilience, resourcefulness, and a tireless work ethic to every case she handles, and provides compassionate and effective legal solutions tailored to her clients’ needs.

Tash completed her Bachelor of Laws at Reading University in 2008, and is undertaking bridging study for admission in Australia.
