Grace McGuinness, Founder

Grace trained at two top firms in Melbourne from 2006, and duxed the College of Law Family Masters program in 2022. Grace combines legal excellence with a pragmatic approach which empowers her clients to make the right decision at the right time for them.
Grace has a special interest in complex parenting and property matters, but loves servicing the local comunity in all matters big and small. Grace’s strategy and guidance during times of stress has won her a dedicated and diverse client base on the Mornington Peninsula, interstate and overseas.
Debra Blunden, Senior Solicitor
Deb ran her own family law and estates firm in Sydney for more than 20 years, before moving to the Mornington Peninsula to be closer to family over 8 years ago.
Deb has a special interest in settling property matters of all sizes out of Court, and combines a cool head, astute advice and tough negotiations to get your matter settled as quickly and painlessly as possible.
Deb is available to see clients in person on the Southern Peninsula, or online. She has a special interest in mediation, complex property pools and pre-nups.

With four years of post-admission experience and a Bachelor of Laws from Deakin University – where she graduated with Distinctions and High Distinctions – Chelsea combines academic excellence with well-rounded, practical expertise.
Chelsea manages a complex and varied caseload including parenting, property, and intervention orders. She appears regularly in the Family and Magistrates Court, with a reputation for strategic thinking, calm, and empathetic, solutions-focused style. Chelsea’s constructive style leads to a majority of cases resolving without Court.

Tash has been an invaluable member of Peninsula Family Law since inception. Tash is committed to providing affordable and practical help to our client base from first call to final agreement. Tash completed her Bachelor of Laws at Reading University in 2008, and is undertaking bridging study for admission in Australia.
Tash honed her exceptional strategic, analytical and releationship skills as an executive in the wine industry before reigniting a passion for the law with family law. We look forward to welcoming Tash to Australian admission at completion of her studies.

With a Bachelor of Business and more than two decades of experience across governance, communications, community engagement, marketing and executive support, she plays a central role in ensuring the firm operates seamlessly and that every client receives a consistently high standard of service and support.
Overseeing the firm’s operations, strategy and business management, Lauren brings thoughtful leadership, sound judgement and meticulous attention to detail to every aspect of the practice. Her strategic oversight ensures the firm operates with consistency, precision and care, creating the structure that enables our team to deliver exceptional service and outstanding legal representation.
